Smoke City Proz is amazing! They made it so easy to book them for our event, and went above and beyond our expectations! The food is hands down the best! The sides were main dishes as well! Thank you for your friendly and professional service!

Yeah they never showed up to my neighborhood Easter event because their truck broke down. Not reliable at all, luckily we had another food truck. I would not do business ever again.

Okay we’re not reliable because of unexpected circumstances happen such as a truck broke down. How would you feel if your vehicle broke down and you were deemed unreliable too? Were a business and safety comes first. Anywho we have never done an Easter event through thumbtack. So thanks for the 1 star after many months have passed.

One of the best catering experiences We have ever had. I host normally 4 events a year and so glad we stumbled upon this jewel. Our first time hosting in Fort Worth and the food was beyond my expectations!!! We will return and hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Food truck prices vary from $19-21 a plate. Catering prices vary by number of guests and location. Booking fee included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, our mission is making sure all guests are happy and fed! In order to do that we like to gather as much information as possible. Depending on the type of event, we will arrange our services to fit your needs. You need to know who will cover the cost of the event. Will the host pay in advance or will the guests pay? Then figure out which type of meats you want and how much it will take to feed your guests. We can adjust our menu ahead of time for pop up events. We are looking to add more options to our menu soon so check us out on Instagram and Facebook to follow us!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know your budget. Our plates vary from $19-21 a plate for food truck event. Catering prices vary. Please see cater menu.
