- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact them and make sure we are available the day of their event and what type of event it is. We send the customer our menu and ask them to choose about three items they would like to have available for their guests. We require a $100 deposit for us to take the date off our calendar for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I have plenty of degrees, the biggest requirements for this line of work are a solid work ethic, patience, the ability to adapt quickly and a sense of pride.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do you want your guests to all eat or line up at the same time? How quickly do you want the food to come out? (The more options you provide guests, the longer it will take). Do you need to limit the amount of items an individual can order? (When food is free, people will come back for seconds & thirds).
