Cakes did an amazing job on a memorial fundraiser piece for our family. She listened she added her own touches and we still use it today 12 years later. It has become a special part of our family. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most designers, I charge a flat fee for projects based on what the client needs. I’m a firm believer in transparency and open communication. I don’t think hourly prices are fair to customers. If something takes me longer than expected or I have an off day (hey, it happens to everyone!) I don’t want my clients to have to pay for that. Every project is an opportunity 😊
