- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 15% Seniors and Service discount for seniors, military personnel, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with an initial consultation to understand their needs and explain our services. I then schedule an inspection at a convenient time. After completing the inspection, I provide a detailed report and discuss any findings or recommendations, ensuring the customer understands the state of their chimney and any necessary steps to keep it safe and functional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing certification through the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) via SureFire Training Academy. I am also planning to obtain certifications from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the International Code Council (ICC). These steps demonstrate my dedication to providing expert-level service to my customers. The SureFire Training Academy is specifically designed for chimney service professionals at all levels, whether they have prior certified or are not yet certified. It offers on-demand courses that equip servicemen in the field with essential technical, safety, and customer service skills. This robust training platform allows me to build my expertise while continuing to deliver reliable services. In the meantime, I draw on my hands-on experience and continuously educate myself to ensure that I am delivering reliable and thorough chimney services.
