We offer discounts for referrals to new clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacting us, an estimate is made and the client is explained everything that includes the cleaning that he has chosen. Then we agreed on a date to go clean. When you arrive at your house, we ask you to give us a tour before starting and we clarify any doubts. At the end, the client will always be asked to check that everything is to their liking before making the payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been dedicating myself to this since 2017. I like to update myself with better and new cleaning products on the market, but not before studying the ingredients they contain to see what materials can really be used to avoid causing damage to our clients' homes. We also study the ingredients of cleaning products to avoid using it with a customer who is allergic to one of them or their pets.
