- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include labor and materials, insurance & bonding for your protection, as well as background checks for our team. One-time & recurring service prices are a fixed price and include a detailed cleaning of kitchens and baths with the remainder of your home dusted, vacuumed & mopped. Deep cleans are priced hourly and the price is an estimate based on the time we believe it will take. We do prefer to do onsite quotes for large homes and/or deep cleans. New Recurring Clients receive 10% off the first visit and $25 off visits 2, 4 and 6.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the owners always attends the first clean we do for a client to help ensure a great outcome. If we did the quote onsite, the team is already prepped and if the price was provided online, the owner likes to be there to meet our new client as well as to chat about any concerns or special requests. Thorough documentation is maintained for future visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both ownes are retired from corporate careers with solid experience in client care. We have been in this business for almost 10 years and we each received professional cleaning training from Home Cleaning Centers of America.
