Didn't do baseboards or clean table tops or dust in my living room. Didnt move anything on table tops to clean under. Shower and stove looked great. Was on the phone a lot of the time talking to her friends about personal things while I was working from home. Dont know if I'd would use again

We booked them for two separate cleanings. The first one was a standard clean, and this cleaning was not up to par. They left with the floor soaking wet. The cabinets had streaks and I had to sweep again after the floors dried. The second cleaning we booked was a deep clean with the service The expectation was all cob webs to be removed, cabinets would be wiped down, stoves, microwaves, windowsills and baseboards cleaned. When I returned home it was very obvious the baseboards weren’t cleaned and the windowsills didnt look touched. For the price that they are charging, this is not up to standard I discussed with the owner the previous time that the level of clean was not up to expectation that was set. This time I sent photos and got on a call the only reason I’m giving them a two star instead of a one is because they drastically knocked off cost for this cleaning. Others may be OK with having to do some cleaning after a cleaner has been but for me that is not what I pay someone to do if I’m paying someone to clean my house I expect to be able to come in and have a clean house. They do “guarantee their clean” by that they just mean that they’re going to send somebody back out and take more of your time to do the same cleaning that the first person was supposed todo This may work for others, but that does not work for me. I do hope this helps somebody make a decision going forward with their cleaner. I did discuss with the owner about setting expectations and standards with her staff as to make sure this doesn’t happen to somebody else. Photos attached are from after the clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I made a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
