FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is base on rooms, square foot and how long it might take to get done. Knowing visually I can't see anything, I set a price that would be convenient and affordable if I was in their shoes. If it's over price I bring it down after I have a visual of the space and if I'm under price the customer can use their own judgement to pay a little more. But I always try to be fair and also hope my customer is to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and try my best to make them feel comfortable. I allow them to ask questions, or address any concerns they might have. We do a full walk through when we get there, to get an idea of what we are cleaning. I ask them questions and after that we get started. If we miss a spot because we are human, I want them to feel comfortable telling us before we leave.
