- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $58. If needed, we can provide an on-site consultation for a one-hour charge. The fee is waived if you decide to move forward with your project. We prefer digital payments through Zelle, PayPal or other platforms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to know what you need done and how completion will resolve your problems. Also, it is very important to know what your expectations are and your experience with previous contractors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Peter is a certified journeyman carpenter with over 30 years of experience. Our company specialized in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Emma is a gifted designer and creator. For many years we did complete remodeling of distressed properties for investment. Now we are semi-retired and enjoy working on smaller projects to help realize a client's vision or fix that nagging problem.
