If I could give Joseph 100 stars I would. We had so many hiccups, that started off to be a simple task. The TV that I ordered from Best Buy had a crack in the screen. So we took it back to BestBuy, exchanged it for another TV. Got the TV home only to find out that the mount on the wall did not fit the back of the TV that was a newer model😩. Back to BestBuy to exchange that TV. 😩Each time Joseph goes with my husband to buy another TV bring it back, carried it up the stairs, unbox it and had to go back to BestBuy because something else was wrong. We did that twice, the third TV everything is looking good, but the screws were too short, so we had to go back to BestBuy and buy a mount kit with the correct size of screws. Three times to Best Buy! Joseph was a saint!😇 We invited him to have dinner with us and gave him a little extra $. Joseph is on our speed dial. 😊I would say to anyone who looking for a handyman, Joseph is the one. He’s not only patient, he was very professional and kind. Thank you Joseph we appreciated all you did for us.
