- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a veteran / family owned and operated company so we try and give back any time we can! First responders and military will receive a discounted rate for any and all cleanings from us no questions asked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We ask a few simple questions to gain as much information about the property as possible. As we build out your estimate, we’ll ask you if the property is 1-2 stories, if the roof is walkable, and the address so we can use our newly integrated virtual linear measurement tool. This way we can get the exact linear footage of your gutters so you’re not paying for anything extra. Once we receive this information, our processing department will send over an estimate via email. From there we will schedule your cleaning based on your availability and that’s it. We’ll handle the rest!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience performing any and all types of gutter and downspout cleaning. Our team is constantly looking for innovative ways to improve, advance, and provide the best customer service around!
