This was a great experience. Johnathan exceeded expectations and instilled a sense of confidence that he would manage the repair from beginning to end. After a quick survey he explained/defined the scope of the project and clearly set pricing options. On the second day he recommended I move forward with the second faucet replacement at a discounted price. I agreed and both faucets were replaced. Before leaving Johnathan restated the guarantee and reminded me that the repairs were with the least amount of destruction to the home.

I had to have a new mast put on my mom's house after a tree took almost took it and the meter off. I used Thumbtack at 7 fri morning and by 8 I had a response and a master electrician (Marco) evaluating it by 1. Due to the nature of the job and needing permits etc. they were unable to get started until Monday. But at 830 Monday Tyler and Ciriaco were back at her house and had their end of the work done by 1. However the power company attempted to tell my mother that it would be 3 days before they could reconnect power. Tyler stayed on-site, and coordinating through his people at Top tech were able to get a rush order in place and had the power reconnected by 5. I can't say enough great things or this company or Marco, Tyler, and Ciriaco. I will continue to use them and will recommend them to anybody that I know needing electrical work done.

WOW did I have a great experience with Marco this morning! We had a patio outlet go out, in a house with some quirky or "creative" wiring with different contractors during our renovation. Marco holistically reviewed the house and very thoughtfully explained what he was looking for, his hypotheses, and deductions as he explored and learned more. The troubleshooting and repair fee was worth the quality of work and the extent that he went to make sure the safety of our home's outlets (inside and out, all near water sources), not just the patio outlet, was addressed. Marco was absolutely awesome! We won't be going anywhere else - Marco's our guy.
