- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs we can give an exact quote. For jobs that require troubleshooting we normally use an hourly rate of $85. Consolation fee is waived if you hire us for the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
James Stevens will normally come out to the project site to preform the estimate, explain the details that are included and make sure our customer is happy with the services offered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas Licensed Journeymen electricians and licensed apprentice electricians. Texas Electrical Contractors license National Center for Construction Education and Research license OSHA certified and trained
