These are electrician not handyman prices and youll find that they're very competitive and very reasonable My hourly rate is 125/hr with a 2 hr minimum for things like troubleshooting or jobs that have uncertain terms and conditions Simple chandeliers, Ceiling fans: $100 each Panel upgrade/install w/permit: $2400 Panel upgrade/install w/o permit:$1900 Meter socket: $700 Meter socket w/weather head: $1150 Res.remodel: $8.20/sqft with demo + panel upgrade (if necessary) New build: $4.75/sqft rough in, $2.25 trim out + panel install+ meter socket with weather head Prices are estimations/rough averages that are not exact and can be variable due to circumstances, code requirements and job conditions. I promise to offer the best deal and not up charge or push something you dont need on to you. We can explore all options and come up with a plan that suits your best interest!
