FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions of what the problem is, if there is any, as well as any details we may need of the house, etc. to get an idea of what the solution might be to any possible problems or what the job might look like for us, so that when we arrive to the site to give an estimate we are mostly there to get a visual, answer questions and avoid wasting useful time for us or the customer and get started with the job after providing a quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We attended a high school that introduced us to different trade work along with other careers that we could look into after graduation, that is where the idea of electrical work sparked, but our experience on the field came after graduation.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Coach lights were installed, to enhance the view of the our customer’s backyard/pool area. It took 3 days to complete and the results were well worth the work put in, especially in this Texas heat. Knowing that our customer was highly satisfied and that we were capable of adding to the scenery and transforming it into a spot they can now use at night or to enjoy with friends and family, just by adding lights was satisfying for us as well.
