- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.
