- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is unique and requires custom pricing based on its scope and location. We provide free, detailed estimates to ensure transparency and accuracy. A mobilization or equipment mobilization fee may apply, depending on the project's distance from our shop, but all costs and fees are included upfront—no hidden charges. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be smooth and hassle-free. Once a customer reaches out, we start with a quick call to discuss project details and gather any necessary information. Next, we schedule an on-site visit to provide a detailed estimate. If the estimate is approved, we coordinate a project start date that works best for the customer. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to ensure everything runs efficiently from start to finish.
