He did such a great job! After trying to contact two other companies, he responded right away. He said he could come over within the hour and fix my printer. He stayed until it was fixed, even though it was a tough one to fix. His great personality made the experience easy and relaxing. He was very knowledgeable about all things IT. I will be using him for other things in the future.
