- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I don't try to sell you things that you don't need just to drive your price up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inform the customer of what is wrong, why it happened, and what, if anything, they can do to avoid the same problem in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the AC business for about 8 years.
