- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our written estimates are valid for 30 days. We detail & list each process allowing you to have full transparency of the scope of work needed. Deposits & payment structures can be modified to suit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to discuss options & ideas. A thorough measure & survey of the existing area insures no need for return trips if customer decides on a change of fixture or materials. Once the customer has agreed on the proposal/estimate a contract is signed & deposit collected. After the 3 day right of recession, ALL material for the project are ordered immediately. Once everything arrives it is staged & inspected to ensure everything is correct,damage free & accounted for. No work commences until we have everything needed to complete your project in an acceptable time frame. During the project, the customer is kept abreast of each phase & informed throughout. The end result is a quality finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been in the industry for over 25 years, from my days as a plumbing apprentice, tradesman, lead foreman to project supervisor, installation manager & operations management, I have worked through every phase gaining valuable knowledge & skills to give you superior service. My experience in all these areas has given the ability to carve out a niche specializing in bathroom renovations & safe bathing remodels. We have seen it all & have the knowledge & experience to ensure a successful completed project. We are Licensed by the state & carry $2mil aggregate general liability insurance.
