Joell showed up on the day and time he promised and we spent more than an hour going over the details of my project. His professionalism and attention to detail and listening and responding to my concerns was first rate. It is rare these days to find a contractor who doesn't assume they know everything and you are just the 'dumb' customer. Due to timing / financial constraints we ultimately didn't use E&H for this renovation project but you can rest assured that we will use them in the future. Joell is a rare gem in the contracting business and you should not hesitate to hire him for your project.

What I thought would be an easy project enlarging a pass through quickly became ove my head. With a fast response I was saved, the load bearing studs holding up the roof had their load shifted and disappeared. Then I blinked again and the plumbing was redirected. The sheet rockers moved so seamlessly you'd have thought they were honey bees. Overall the project was done faster than I thought possible, my living room and kitchen both look twice as big as they did before, but it looks like the house was built this way!

Let me first start by saying that this is my first time leaving a review and I feel that it's very important for me to share my experience with E & H Construction specifically with Joell. It took my wife and myself weeks looking and researching on a company to do our guest bath remodeling. Let me say that contacting Joell was the best decision that was made. We had many concern, many questions and many doubts but having Joell in our home making measurements and answering all of our questions and being patient with us and not make us feel pressure on hiring him. It made our decision very easy. In the past we have been burnt by others but Joell the real deal. Joell was there every step of the way from the very first meeting to the very last day of the project. We are very happy with the outcome and in love with our guest bathroom. Our only regret is we should have started the master bathroom instead. We had a great experience with E & H construction. We will be contacting Joell for our future remodeling.

Joell and his team of workers or so good at what they do, he exceeded my expectations on remodeling my hall bathroom, i never even imagined my bathroom turning out like this bathroom. My pricing is based solely on the work needed to complete the job, and in line item format.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts at the meet and greet first. I ask if there are ideas you have or pics of what you would like , and see if you have ever been through a remodel. I will take measurements, draw up plans, and give you a upfront expectation of what is going to take place. I’m not here to say everything can be done, but rather show you if it is feasible for your home/project. After I have everything prepared I would like to meet in person once more, and make sure we are I the same page with what will take place.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family, mostly my grandfathers whom were both carpenters. I remember going through a whole home addition at our home, watching them work, and give me a hands-on training at the same time!
