FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many services, ranging from $100 market analysis reports, to complex appraisals that can cost thousands. Our minimum and most typical fee is $550 for a traditional appraisal with a site inspection, though we do offer $400 minimum fee desktop appraisals in certain circumstances to help save you money. Many hours are spent on each appraisal to make sure that all adjustments are supported and accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that customers completed the quote form on our website, as our clients request appraisals for many reasons, all resulting in different levels of work that need to go into appraisals. We do not want to overcharge our customers, so we look at each potential assignment individually to provide the most accurate quotes. There are some instances in which we will refer you to other appraisers in the area if we feel they are more suited to solve your particular appraisal problem.
