Kaden was great- quick to reply and came out right away to see what the issue was. The issue ended up being a compressor and when weighing the cost we decided to go with a new fridge. Kaden was upfront about the cost and pros and cons of both choices. He also made sure the office talked to our insurance to get everything approved quickly. We highly recommend him!

I have a newer Hisense refrigerator that gave a problem after a problem. K & B Technical Services were true to their word. They backed up their warranty. They went the extra mile to fully diagnose and then fix each new problem they came across until the refrigerator was back running. I highly recommend hiring them.
