Kaden was great- quick to reply and came out right away to see what the issue was. The issue ended up being a compressor and when weighing the cost we decided to go with a new fridge. Kaden was upfront about the cost and pros and cons of both choices. He also made sure the office talked to our insurance to get everything approved quickly. We highly recommend him!

I have a newer Hisense refrigerator that gave a problem after a problem. K & B Technical Services were true to their word. They backed up their warranty. They went the extra mile to fully diagnose and then fix each new problem they came across until the refrigerator was back running. I highly recommend hiring them.

Kaden is an incredible professional that’s out there just doing the right thing. I thought I already knew what the problem with my refrigerator was, but decided to call someone out and look anyway. After a few checks he said that it was indeed what I thought and gave me tips on where to buy the part from. He could have tried to persuade me to have him do the work so he could make a little extra money, but he didn’t because he knew it was a simple part swap that I could do. And he was right! The best thing that came out of the encounter was finding someone that I feel I can trust in the future and someone that I will recommend if asked!
