- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discounts on all new customers and repairs to all first responders, past and present military personnel and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way we work with new costumers is we will first ask for the model number of their appliance. Next schedule an appointment to check their appliance, in order to give a proper evaluation. (I cannot give an accurate diagnosis over the phone). Once I establish what is wrong, I will advise the customer what I found and what the best remedy is going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work part time for a friend of mine for a few years and I finally decided to make this type of work into my full time job and decided to get my EPA certification
