- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge for us to come out and do a detail measure for any appliance installation! We will also give you a detailed quote for any modifications or additions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact with customer to set a convenient time for us to come out and do a detail measure or to schedule their appointment for install. We call the evening prior for scheduling confirmation. We give a 2 hour window for arrival. When we have completed the job to the customers satisfaction, we clean up as if we were never there, leaving a smile on the customers face!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the home building industry for over 16 years.
