- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Service calls include a diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the cost of your repair if you choose to move forward with the work. Our rates are competitive and reflect the quality, reliability, and experience of our licensed plumbing professionals. We don’t cut corners, and we always provide clear estimates before any work begins. While we don't offer blanket discounts, we do occasionally run promotions—feel free to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it easy and stress-free for new customers to get the help they need. First, we’ll have a quick conversation to understand the issue. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our licensed plumbers to come out. During the visit, we’ll assess the problem, explain the options, and provide a clear, upfront estimate. If you choose to move forward, we’ll get to work—often on the same day. Communication and quality workmanship are at the core of everything we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed, insured, and highly trained plumbing professionals with years of hands-on experience. We’ve completed state-certified apprenticeship programs and continue to stay current with local codes, safety standards, and the latest plumbing technologies through ongoing training. Whether it’s a simple repair or a complex installation, we bring the knowledge and expertise needed to get the job done right the first time.
