- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After a discovery call and assessment of monthly bookkeeping needs, I typically charge a flat rate monthly fee. This takes out all the guesswork so you know exactly how much you’ll pay each month for my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I review the current status of their books. Once I evaluate the scope of work, I will provide a proposal. Upon agreement of terms, I’ll onboard the client to start taking over their booking and financial reporting needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree from The University of North Texas and worked in corporate as a Senior Accountant for 15 years. In addition, I am a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor.
