- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They will reach out to me about the desired service and then depending on the service that is needed, I'll ask questions to see what the solution should actually be and if I'm actually a fit for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some post secondary education for computer repair, however, most of my training has come from just getting my hands on broken computers, looking at youtube videos, researching forums about the issues and figuring the issue out and resolving it. I don’t have any formal training with mounting TVs. I learned from watching other techs and YouTube videos.
