At Excellence IT, we are serious about operating in a spirit of excellence! We want you to have a 5 star experience EVERY TIME. We are also FULLY insured. WE DO NOT offer handyman services. TV Mounting - We cannot hide wires on stone/brick/tile if the holes are not pre made. - I only offer 2 different types of wire hiding: 1. electrical outlet installation and hiding HDMI/AV cables in the wall 2. Cord cover. WE WILL NOT install an extension cord in your wall. It is against code and a fire hazard. Internet Services - We are unable to run new Ethernet drops in 2 story homes. - We are unable to setup fiber internet. -We do not provide satellite internet installation services. - COMPUTERS - - We do not provide soldering services. - Standalone monitors CANNOT be repaired. A new one will have to be purchased. - We do not perform cleaning services for water damaged computers. The success rate is very low. THANK YOU!

Installed a 85” Samsung with the slim fit Samsung wall mount. I made the inquiry one day prior. Excellent service and showed up on time. The measurements were perfectly aligned to the top of my tv stand which is 97 inches wide. I’d hire them again no problem.

Even though I reached out very late in the evening, Lance was still able to discuss my request and even came out the very next morning. Very friendly and very efficient, seemed like he got the TV mounted in no time. Definitely saved me at least an hour of figuring out how to do it myself and I get the peace of mind that it was done properly with the correct tools and experience.

Computer Repairs - Prices are hourly. Smart Home - Smart home services are per device installation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They will reach out to me about the desired service and then depending on the service that is needed, I'll ask questions to see what the solution should actually be and if I'm actually a fit for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some post secondary education for computer repair, however, most of my training has come from just getting my hands on broken computers, looking at youtube videos, researching forums about the issues and figuring the issue out and resolving it. I don’t have any formal training with mounting TVs. I learned from watching other techs and YouTube videos.
