- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and custom, and therefore requires specific pricing for that job. We do not perform alterations to existing cabinetry, we are just a manufacturer of new custom cabinetry, I would suggest contacting a handyman for those type services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning what the customer wants, desires and most importantly what they need generally through a conversation process of getting acquainted. What they say can be as important as what they don't. Then we determine if we are the right fit and proceed with a plan to accomplish their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
