I have been looking to fence my property since the HOA gave me permission and granted me a license to build. I contacted TOP RAIL and within about an hour after contacting them, I received a phone call from what appeared to a be a very nice gentleman, Jerry Finn. We set up an appointment for the next day and he was 10 minutes early which is a first for anyone who visits me. We talked like we had been friends for a long time. He told me about his family and his two boys and I told him about mine and my first grandchild. For a while I was so engrossed in speaking to Jerry about family, sports, golf and baseball, I had totally forgotten about the fence. When we did get to the fence, Jerry was professional as we walked my property and he measured and showed me what he could do. We laughed and spoke more about golf while we were addressing the fence and by the time Jerry left 95 minutes later, I knew who would be completing my fence. Cost was not an issue as I was more impressed with Top Rail and the kind of people who represent them. If you are looking for any type of fencing construction and you live in Texas, you must give Jerry an opportunity. He will definitely earn your business. AJ McDonald
