FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with all remodeling projects, price varies widely based on the materials you choose. For a medium size kitchen using quartz, the average is $3000-$6000. When comparing quotes, make sure that all the extras are included, such as tear-out labor, haul away of existing tops, fees for cutting sink openings, or special mitered edges. Many competitors DO NOT include these until later in the process
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will offer you a ballpark cost based on square footage, material choice, and other factors. If this is acceptable, our fabricator creates a final template at your home with exact measurements in about an hour. We use laser-guided CNC machines and layout software to minimize waste and create perfect cuts. Installation usually takes place 7-10 business days later, and depending on the size of the project could take an hour or a full day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our fabricator has over 30 years experience, and I have been in the trades 24 years
