I purchased a gift certificate for a photo shoot for my wife from Nancy. And although my wife hasn't schedule yet, Nancy was extremely helpful throughout the process. I'll update my review after the shoot. But for now, I'm extremely satisfied.

Christmas, New Years, and a week notice to have a professional photo taken. This request from my manager seemed impossible given the short notice and holiday season. That is until I came across Nancy Hruby Photography. Nancy not only responded instantly to my request for a headshot photo but also worked with my busy work schedule. My photo was returned within a few hours of being taken and any additional requests I had were applied with no hesitation. Thank you Nancy for saving the day!!

I contacted Nancy to do my husband and I's engagement photos. She was fast and was able to set up an appointment the next week. The photo shoot went well. We had a lot of difficulty seeing the photos online once they were done. It took multiple tries to get them emailed. Internet was down and the some incompatibility with my email account. We were happy with the photos once we finally got them. We placed an order and were told they'd be ready by the end of the week. 7 weeks later I still have no photos. 2 weeks ago I cancelled my order and only asked for the CD and 8x10 that was part of the package we already paid for. I've left mutiple messages on her email, Facebook page, and voice mail. I haven't heard one thing from her. Bottom line, it doesn't matter how good the pictures are in you can't get any of them. I absolutely would never recommend Nancy Hruby Photography.
