I had selected a different vendor but when they showed up to the house, they started trying to see us an upgrade and didn't want to honor the price they quoted us. I called Michael to see if he could fit us in the next day. He was able to help us, the quality was top notch, and after the fact, he shared that sometimes stains will come back after the carpet dries and to just call him and he would come back out to treat them again, no charge. He will be our regular carpet cleaning going forward. Great job, great price and a great company.
