My goal is to prepare your menu to be very delicious. Call me for some extraordinary treats that you can't find anywhere else. As your caterer, I can prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet up to 1000. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, and Italian. I offer full service catering or drop off only. I have a food truck and can prepare almost anything onsite. There was a misunderstanding between us and although I thought I was clear with my instructions, instead of bringing the food prepared, she brought the ingredients separated. However, I needed it all ready to eat. All our interactions were over the phone or through email, but I felt like I was clear with my instructions. Also, during the planning process, she was not the most responsive. I understand it's a busy time of year, but I had to work extra hard to get responses from her.
