- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial service call price is $100. This includes the first hour of labor (not including material cost). After the first hour, we charge $75 per hour (also not including material costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, we will work out a convenient time for us to come out and take a look at your issue. If possible, it will be taken care of at that time. For larger projects (panel swaps/upgrades, etc), we will take a look and create an estimate. If accepted, we will pull the necessary permits and schedule a time to do the work. Once work is complete, an invoice will be sent to you through email with a receipt upon payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the electrical industry for almost ten years. I graduated from the most respected apprenticeship program in the nation (IBEW). I passed my Journeyman test in 2016, my Master's test in 2020, and got my contractor's license in 2021.
