- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The $40 per session rate that is quoted is based on a three-month commitment. The price per session outside of an agreement is $55.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for every client begins with a phone consultation, followed by a body composition and metabolic rate assessment, in-person consultation, movement screen, and then private training, respectively. This process is instrumental in order to gather baseline data that will be vital for the client's success. The more data that is initially acquired, the better the outcome. In short, the client's training journey is paved for success from beginning to end.
