Private Math & Science Tutor (Remote)

Hello, my name is Jason Martinez and I am a private Math & Science tutor. I am able to teach/tutor Math up to Precalculus, and all sciences including Biology and Chemistry. A more detailed list of the courses I have experience with are listed below my bio. [Rate] My tutoring rate begins at $40/hour for high school courses, $55/hour for AP/College courses. Discounts are available for recurring sessions. [Bio] I have a B.S. from the University of Texas at El Paso in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. I have a current teaching license and have been working as a Math/Science teacher since 2011. Most recently I was employed as a Math/Science teacher at a private school in Albany, CA where I taught courses ranging from Algebra to Precalculus and all sciences including AP Biology and AP Chemistry. Prior to working in Albany, for 3 years I worked abroad at Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in Kazakhstan, which are a chain of schools funded and named after the president of Kazakhstan. The NIS chain of schools brings in professionals from all over the world to facilitate the development of curriculum to serve as a model for all of the schools in the country. Before NIS, I also worked as a Science Teacher and Student Activities Manager at Maxine Silva Health Magnet High School in El Paso, Texas. I also develop curriculum and learning resources for my personal site.
