- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices live, to be completely transparent with my customers. Sometimes there is details in the scope of work that are originally laid out on my live price, I have never and will never start a job without informing my customer if in any situation the price would possibly change. For the most part I have not had any issues in this area, and not many price changes at time of arrival and assessment of job. However it is important to me that the customer knows exactly what they are up against before hand . Never is there any hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, Most importantly I want to be completely transparent and honest right off the bat, I also believe quality of work is priority and aim to achieve this goal immediately, so my customers know exactly what they can expect from my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having 9 years of experience in working in home improvement retail has educated me in many areas of home improvement projects, materials and customer trending appeal. Knowledge in many aspects with installation ranging from Appliance, Millworks and even floors and accent tile.
