Pricing is a customized factor in this industry since not all residential and commercial clients have the same needs. It varies upon many different characteristics. Most importantly, both the client and the provider should be satisfied and comfortable with the pricing and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is essential; I prioritize understanding and knowing exactly what my clients want. When working with a new customer, getting to know them and listening in detail to all their needs is my first step in providing good customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Education and an associate's degree in Accounting. However, I have been involved in the mortgage and real estate industry for 7+ years; this experience has helped me be 100% focused on details, advocate for my clients, and provide quality service.
