- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward. Its based on the homes condition size and sq footage. We believe in transparency so there are no hidden fees. and you are provided a fair, reasonable quote for the cleaning of your home. Please keep in mind this field of work takes a large amount of effort and experience to ensure your satisfied with the end result. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(Booking): Customers can easily book our services. You would provide us some information, and we provide a free quote. (Scheduling): We or the customer can set a convenient date/time for the cleaning service. (Service): Our experienced cleaner arrives at the scheduled time, a walkthrough is done to understand your specific needs, and then performs the cleaning. (Approval): After the cleaning is done, we ensure your satisfied with the cleaning by getting their approval before leaving if available. (Free recleans are done if unsatisfied with the specific area of concern) (Payment): Customers are charged only after they are satisfied with the service provided. Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying experience from booking to completion. Thank you!

We offer years of experience from our cleaners, using the best techniques and strategies to ensure your home is clean and is above your standards/expectations. :)
