Good help like this is hard to find. I'm was so happy with the work and the service. Art knew what he was doing and installed my tankless water heater effortlessly. He even had to make changes to the gas lines and everything works great. Art was very respectful and friendly. I have many other projects I'm going to have him work on. I highly recommend you call Home Services and ask for Art!

I had a leaky pipe in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the ceiling downstairs. Art came and repaired the pipe and fixed the ceiling. It took 2 days and he did a great job. You can't tell there was ever any damage. He was very respectful and I've already called him back to install a new lock on my entrance doors. I highly recommend Art with General Home Services.

I had four things that needed to be done.They did great work but they didn't complete one of the jobs. They told me they would come back to finish, but they never returned . I've texted to remind them and got no response. I'm glad I only sent a partial payment.

I am glad that you were happy with the quality of the work. There must have been a breakdown in communication somewhere. Art made sure he showed you how to click the side of the toilet paper holder into place before leaving. The adhesive had to dry for an hour. You had stated that our price was in line with everyone else you had contacted but was still more than you could pay. We heavily discounted the rate and only charged you one hour for all 4 jobs. At the time Art left he considered the job complete and that is why he went over with you how to put that one piece on. I'm sorry you feel like we didn't complete the job. Art will contact you Monday to make sure you get that piece clicked into place.
