- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing based on the scope of each project. For small jobs, I charge an hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. Larger projects are priced on a per-job basis. I provide free estimates for all work. For new customers, seniors and veterans receive a 33% discount on all services. For jobs over $500, I offer a 25% discount for upfront payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial consultation: We discuss the project over the phone or via email. 2. On-site assessment: I visit your home to evaluate the job and provide a detailed estimate. 3. Project planning: We agree on the scope, timeline, and cost. 4. Execution: I complete the work efficiently and to high standards. 5. Final walk-through: We review the completed work together to ensure your satisfaction. 6. Follow-up: I check in a week later to address any concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For home automation, I've completed Apple's Certified Associate program. I regularly attend workshops and online courses to stay updated on the latest home improvement techniques and technologies.
