- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to make sure I am fair in all my pricing for the quality of work that I am providing. I want customers to feel valued but also understand the quality of work they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If its something that needs to be seen in person I can come give an estimate. If its something we can discuss over text or phone and get an understanding for I can give an accurate estimate and schedule you right away. Whatever works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience I am licensed and have lots of current training to stay updated with the world of electricity.
