Excellent service from Marcelo and Kaitlyn. They were able to guide and help my mother and I concerning issues that need fixing for our cooling system, as well as what is currently in working condition with our furnace. Were able to show us pictures and video guidance of our systems. Also appreciate them wearing booties to come into the house. It's the first time I see this with any servicing company. I also appreciate Kaitlyn reassuring they would not access the roof through the back yard without our permission, as I had my dog in the back yard at the time. Will work well with dogs moving inside or outside the house as well. Also like that they will share a picture of the technician who will be servicing your system through text message, so you know who to expect, with an estimated time of arrival as well. Servicing was done before I had to go to work. Do recommend their services :D
