FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We've all paid good money for what some people may call a "massage". I know you work hard for your money, and I promise the quality of service will be on par with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions about previous / current injuries, illnesses, and medication. Find out about your daily routine as well as any areas that give you problems on a regular basis. Observe your posture and tailor the massage to your individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Texas Center for Massage Therapy in Richardson TX. With 400 more clock hours that the state requires. I am constantly learning new techniques, and love taking continuing education hands on courses.
