FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every lawn is different and every customer is different so therefore no standard pricing. Again I am more interested in keeping my customers long term with competitive pricing than gouging them and never returning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply attempt to meet their pricing parameters while providing a quality service. I ask specific questions pertaining to the level of lawn care they are seeking. I have learned to ask what their top three wants are regarding their lawn/landscaping. I assure them I will not make any promises I cannot keep!! I seek long term customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
PRICE is important but it's not everything. Go with your gut feeling. I feel like my honest (no pushy salesmanship) approach puts my customers at ease. Communication is vital to getting your needs met so make sure the provider is easy to talk to.
