FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we prefer to price on site if no blue prints are availiable. This way we do not over or under bid and can go over with client any and all details so a fair and accurate quote will be given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My 1st and utmost process is client tradesman relations. I been fortunate that whether we were appreciated or not I'm learning so much so when we launch we will not fail. Thank you all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year in February I take a continuing education course for my license. It keeps me up to date and now also green conscience. I get to see what poor work is being done out there. My instructors are licensed plumbing inspectors and they take pictures of some unique but illegal work being done out there. It also keeps me aware of the do's and dont's. In this trade of plumbing it is important that the resposible plumber does the job correctly especially for gas and venting of carbon monoxide, 1 wrong mistake can be dangerous for the client or even fatal this is why permits must be pulled and work inspected by a qualified state inspector.
