DESIGN SERVICES- 🏠
I provide design services tailored to your needs, daily lifestyle, and design goals. Concerned about your designer spending countless hours and exceeding the estimated proposal? I offer flat fee options to ensure we stay within your budget. My VIP design services include comprehensive onsite assistance such as sourcing, setup, and delivery, while my luxury packages offer virtual or partial design services. No project is too small or too big—I’m here to bring your dreams to reality.
RECOMMENDATION SERVICES & PAINT PALLETS- 🎨
I offer comprehensive recommendation services and custom paint palettes to meet your design needs. For onsite services, I charge a flat fee of $600-$800 for all recommendation services. This includes bringing samples to your space and providing expert recommendations based on my extensive construction and design knowledge, your budget, daily lifestyle, and overall design goals. Please note that creating a paint palette may require additional fees for ordering paint samples.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES- 🔨
I offer comprehensive services that cover both design and construction, making the process seamless and stress-free for you. Want bulk discounts? Choose to work with my husband and I as a team to serve you with your construction and design needs. Have a contractor chosen already? I collaborate closely with local contractors to ensure top-quality work and provide thorough project management to oversee every phase of your project. Additionally, I can provide detailed estimates for construction services.

I provide two types of moodboards: Luxury and VIP. Each is tailored to your space, budget, goals, and lifestyle. The Luxury moodboard offers a visual representation of the space, while the VIP moodboard includes direct links to purchase every recommended item.
