What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work extremely hard to give my clients exactly what they are looking for. I run my company in a “old school manor” and I believe thats why my company flourished. My clients do not only love my design, but my honesty and communication skills. I enjoy what I do and I love getting to know my clients and bringing them joy during the design process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) free phone consult 2) initial consult to view space and discuss project in further detail 3) sign proposal 4) designer begins turning your dreams into reality!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I started flipping houses in NC. This is what drew attention to local realtors and home buyers. from then on our companies flourished.
