Amber was absolutely a joy to work with! I planned the wedding with the bride, and we hired Amber as Day of Coordinator. But she contributed much more! She is extremely knowledgeable, prepared, professional, forward-thinking, sweet, fun, considerate, calm and collected, hard-working, and a great leader. She helped us tie up a ton of loose ends in the last couple weeks. Amber was persistent in working out vendor issues that popped up at the end and day of, and helped ensure their compliance with contractual obligations. She fought for us, and the day was beautiful and seamless. I would absolutely hire her and work with her again and again!

We highly recommend Hazel Lyn Events! Anyone seeking a stress-free and perfectly executed wedding should look no further. She’s so friendly and calm, helping us and our families feel at ease, yet great at giving instructions and taking charge whenever needed. Without her proactive advice and creative solutions to unforeseen problems, I know our rehearsal and wedding day would never have been so flawless. Despite my background as a former event planner, Amber's expertise and attention to detail were truly invaluable. Day-of, she seemed to be everywhere at once, ensuring that everything was running like clockwork, keeping us and our vendors happy and on perfect schedule. I was SO impressed at her efficiency during the cleanup. She went above and beyond, and had all of our items organized and loaded well ahead of schedule. We returned home with everything we brought in perfect condition. For a “DIY” wedding, I was really amazed and thankful that we got to simply relax, enjoy our time with our guests and make every second count instead worrying about setup and cleanup. Absolutely the best!

Amber was absolutely amazing to work with. She eased my wedding planning worries and helped me feel at ease leading up to our wedding. She was the main point of contact for vendors on our wedding day, so that we could fully enjoy ourselves and be in the moment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Amber was such an unbelievable asset to us on our wedding day. A month beforehand, I realized how badly I needed someone to help me get everything done. That's when Amber came in and confidently took control. She checked in on every detail with each vendor, created a detailed plan of action, and helped me create the perfect ceremony layout. She was behind the scenes during our wedding day— directing, decorating, and perfecting. I was able to spend stress-free precious moments with my family and friends thanks to her efforts. Multiple friends and family came to me to comment on what an outstanding job she was doing (and how unbelievably hard she was working) to make everything perfect! Many were shocked to find out that she was only one person. I cannot recommend Amber enough. She is a bright woman with a passion for event planning who isn't afraid to step up and make things happen!

Amber was always there every step of the way. Without her our wedding would’ve been a stressful disaster. Everyone was saying how unlucky we were because everything that could go wrong, went wrong a week before the wedding. The only luck that happened was the fact that we found Amber after said week! To start off, we had to change our venue a week before the wedding. Then, the weather took a turn for the worse and it was pouring down rain the day of. Amber literally came up with a “plan B” two hours before the wedding (outdoor ceremony turned indoors). Even with such limited time she was able to pull everything off flawlessly. The wedding went from a potential disaster to the BEST WEDDING EVER! We had an amazing time and so did the guests! Everyone really loved her work ethic and was wondering where we found such an awesome coordinator! She really went above and beyond to help us. She kept us on schedule the entire night and made sure we weren’t stressed. We’re sure she put out plenty of fires that night without us knowing! We could go on about how amazing she was but it might turn this review into a novel. She was definitely our saving grace! ❤️ P.S. She helped decorate so attached images are some of her creative work.
